Grapes from Kent, Redhill Estate
14 days on skins with gentle daily push down, aged for 12 months in a 500L barrel to develop complexity, aromas of flowers, citrus, sweet spices.
Final blend is 60% oak aged and 40% stainless steel tank

 Restitution

 If and only if there is any breakage during delivery, then compensation for broken bottles will be returned. You may be asked to provide proof of the damage with a photo.
